ACE Recycling & Disposal sponsored Jason Grimaud For the Wild West BBQ Bites Competition on Saturday, August 27, 2016. Competitors set up their stations in the Peppermill Parking Lot where they prepared various meats for the sample competition style BBQ. This competition is where some of the nation’s top BBQ teams compete. Some of the competition categories include:
BBQ company,
Prime Time Championship BBQ and Utah Corn Roasters.

Pulled Pork
Brisket
Chicken
Along with roasted corn, deep fried goodness and all the fixin’s.
