“Hi, I live in Eagle Mountain. I just wanted to drop you a line telling you how much we appreciate our garbage man. Two weeks ago we were about to go on vacation and forgot to put our garbage can out. By the time we got it out, he was past our house by a house or two. Our garbage collector stopped when he saw my son chasing him and came back to help us out. I can’t tell you how much we appreciate not coming home from vacation to two weeks worth of rotten trash. He was very kind to help us out and I wanted you to know what a great employee he is.”
