Ace Disposal has a full range of options to handle your disposal needs. Of particular note are our recycling efforts. If you live in Salt Lake County, your garbage is hauled to a state of the art facility that sorts recycleable materials out of the waste stream before being hauled to a specialized landfill known as a balefill. Therefore there is no need for a separate recycling container on your premises.
Front End Loader Trucks
Front End Loaders (FEL) are used to service businesses with disposal needs of can sizes from 2 cubic yards to 8 cubic yards and service levels starting from every other week to daily service. Due to regulations and limitations of the FEL system, hazardous waste, medical waste and heavy materials such as concrete and dirt cannot be serviced (click here to learn how to dispose of hazardous waste).
Rear End Loader Trucks
Rear End Loaders (REL) trucks are used to service accounts that have limited size entry into the container. REL service only includes 2 and 3 cubic yard containers. Due to regulations and limitations of the FEL system, hazardous waste, medical waste and heavy materials such as concrete and dirt cannot be serviced.
For business remodeling or large quantities of garbage, please visit our construction collection page.
Locking Lids
If you are having a problem with others using your container or have sensitive items to dispose of, a locking lid option is available for all sizes of containers. Once you have the mechanism on your can, you can use any type of padlock lock that you wish. We do not need the combination or key.
How your garbage is handled:
Your garbage is collected by our trucks and taken to a specialized transfer station. At the transfer station, the gabage is placed on a conveyor belt where recycleable materials are removed. At the end of the conveyor belt all that is left is the actual garbage; once all the recleable materials have been removed. At the end of the conveyor belt is a baler that compresses the garbage into neat bales. The bales are then hauled to balefill where they are neatly stacked and then sealed.
Fuel Surcharge Table
Ace Disposal charges a fuel surcharge based on the average price we pay for diesel.
